INTERSEZIONI explains the Integrated Design project for the public transport company of Mantua and its province: the APAM Esercizio Spa. A three year work to improve the in/out communication skills of APAM working on: the brand, different communication channels, coordinated image, working spaces, relationships, liveries of the transport vehicles, passenger stops and posts, maps, timetables, web and social networks, books, obtaining remarkable results.
Through many working tables shared with people working inside the single departments (co-design), we created new and more useful working methods, allowing the company to improve the efficiency of all processes having a direct impact on the quality of the results, motivation and sense of belonging.
