08 RECESSION DESIGN: SORTED!

The idea behind Recession Design is very simple but opens an interesting debate on the meaning of “DESIGNING” today. The economic crisis is fact a pretext and opportunity for critical reflection on the contemporary design world.

The “DIY DESIGN” philosophy ironically proposes a clean and simple “design” method that returns the pure form and function of the object to the centre of the design process, going beyond the trends of the moment and liberating the design process from the limits imposed by overly complex technologies.

Sense the Place - A project platform for a research on the Urban Identity theme

In the beginning of October INTERSEZIONI organized an exhibition including a chat/conference about the Sense the Place project, featuring by:
